The Campbell Lake House provides spectacular panoramic views of the 270-acre all-sports lake. It’s an entirely forested opposite shoreline; You will feel like you’re way “Up North,” yet you are only 30 minutes from Muskegon. Two large decks overlooking the lake also offer views of a variety of birds, other wildlife, lake activity, and the beautiful colors of the sky as the sun rises and sets. A sandy bottom and gradual change in depth make the beach ideal for children to play safely in and around the water.
Inside, the floor plan is very livable. The main floor has a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage. There is a dining area that will seat eight, a large “Great Room” with both seating and game areas and a full bath. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The walkout level is only partially finished but was designed to have a bedroom, utility room, laundry room, a third bathroom, storage room, and a recreation room with a wet bar or kitchenette. This room could also serve as a large bunk room for those extended family reunions.
Campbell Lake has a relatively small number of full time or part-time residents for the size of the lake since about one half of the land is undeveloped. That means that it is never crazy busy, the fishing is excellent. You can enjoy both recreational boating and water sports safely. The folks on the lake enjoy getting together at the sandbar and the occasional party, but they probably most enjoy the relaxed nature of this little piece of paradise.
